This session centers the voices, experiences, and leadership praxis of Black women navigating the complex social, cultural, and institutional landscapes of education. Drawing on intersectional, critical race, and Black feminist frameworks, the panel interrogates how Black women leaders contend with systemic inequities while fostering equity, transformation, and care within schools, districts, and higher education institutions.
