Abstract

This session explores how leadership preparation, policy implementation, and professional discourse influence inclusive and special education. Presenters examine principal preparation for inclusive leadership, conceptualizations of inclusion in Indonesia, and cross-state analyses of service agencies and student outcomes. These studies reveal the tensions and possibilities within the narratives of educators and policymakers striving to create systems that authentically support education for all learners.
