Session Type: Roundtable Session
This session examines the social-emotional, behavioral, and cognitive experiences of children with disabilities. Presentations explore empathy and attitudes toward peers with social-emotional difficulties, the stigmatization of students with emotional and behavioral disorders, co-occurring behavioral challenges in students with learning disabilities, and assessment of creative potential across typical, gifted, and twice-exceptional populations. Attendees will gain insights into research and practice that support the well-being, inclusion, and development of all children.
