Abstract

This session examines the evolving landscape of faculty development and the institutional, interpersonal, and reflective processes that sustain it. Across diverse contexts, the presenters explore how faculty growth is supported through inclusive pedagogies, collaborative learning communities, and reimagined professional development structures. Emphasizing the integration of identity, practice, and purpose, the session highlights innovative strategies that bridge individual motivation with organizational capacity. Together, these studies illustrate how comprehensive approaches to faculty development can enhance teaching effectiveness, foster equity-minded practice, and strengthen the institutional cultures that enable lasting transformation in higher education.
