Abstract

The AERA Division A VP and Executive Committee Members will convene a comprehensive workshop and strategic planning meeting designed to advance the division’s mission and priorities. This session will be focused on fostering collaborative leadership, aligning initiatives with AERA’s overarching goals, and addressing emerging issues in educational administration research. Committee members will be engaged in structured dialogue to review current programs, assess progress toward strategic objectives, and identify opportunities for innovation and member engagement. Key outcomes will include the development of actionable strategies to strengthen scholarly contributions, enhance diversity and inclusion within the division, and expand professional development offerings. The meeting will serve as a critical forum for setting a forward-looking agenda that supports Division A’s commitment to excellence in research, policy, and practice.
