This paper examines how those who design and facilitate LGBTQ+ diversity education interventions (e.g., Safe Zone, Ally Training) described their various approaches to content, outcomes, and concepts. Utilizing critical social justice education pedagogy and frameworks, we explore the liberatory potentials of these trainings as an equity practice in the transformation of campus communities.
