Abstract

The scope of the current paper is supporting teacher agency. For this purpose, we designed a collaborative inquiry-based in-service training course. The aims of the current study are to explore participants’ perceptions related to learning in this course and to investigate the impact of the training course on their professional agency. Data on participants’ learning experiences were collected with various methods; data about the impact of the course on agency were collected with two questionnaires. The results revealed positive feedback and several suggestions from the participants and showed that the course had a positive impact on participants’ agency.
