Abstract

The Professional Development School (PDS) work at one university was suspended for the 2020-2021 academic year. To sustain PDS activities, despite the university putting PDS initiatives and the activities associated with this work on hold, a virtual reading group was implemented, resulting in the need to make structural modifications to the university's PDS network of 11 schools. The virtual reading group helped to ensure a stronger commitment to an antiracism stance within PDS work and activities.
