Citizenship pressure (CP) was examined as a team-level phenomenon in schools using a moderated-mediation model. Building on the conservation of resources theory, the study explored whether team organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in school mediated the relationship between team CP and team citizenship fatigue and whether this mediation is moderated by perceived school supervisor support. Results from 91 professional subject teams in schools indicated that team CP had a significant and positive relationship with team OCB, as well as with team citizenship fatigue. The results also supported the overall moderated-mediation model but, contrary to the hypothesized pattern of interaction. The results showed that team CP was significantly and positively correlated with OCB when perceived supervisor support was low rather than high.
