Bringing Equity to the Forefront: A Professional Learning Community for University Supervisors

Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to share findings from a yearlong professional learning experience for a small group of university supervisors about how to bring an equity focus to their coaching in the clinical context. The objectives of this presentation are to share findings related to 1) what supervisors learned about integrating equity into their practice and 2) how the professional learning community served as a context to support learning.
