Preschool teachers’ attitude toward inclusive education (IE) plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of preschool IE. This study aimed to explored the predictive effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on attitude toward IE in China, and conceptualized the competency and efficacy toward IE as mediators. Data were gathered from 637 preschool teachers in 57 kindergartens. Results show that: (1) POS had a direct and positive predictive effect on attitude toward IE; (2) POS affected attitude toward IE through the mediation effect of efficacy toward IE; (3) POS affected attitude toward IE through the chain mediation effect of competency and efficacy toward IE. Implications were discussed for preschool IE practice in China.
