This qualitative study illustrates how programs can serve as culturally inclusive institutional agencies and impact the professional and educational trajectories of Latinx graduate students at a predominantly White flagship institution. This study highlights how intentional support through culturally empowering practices for graduate students of underserved backgrounds by faculty of color can directly impact the representation of people of color in the academy and at historically white institutions. Findings identify how programs can serve as institutional agencies to empower Latinx graduate students onto the doctoral and practitioner pathways.
