The purpose of the study is to explore college students’ holistic wellness and the relationship between different dimensions of wellness before and during the COVID Pandemic. The longitudinal design of the study explores student holistic wellness including mental health, recreation activity, self-care and mindfulness activity before and during the COVID Pandemic. The institution database of 15726 students, with 27 wellness variables were used as the data source. Results suggested that the engagement in lower level wellness activities before the Pandemic significantly predicts student engagement of counseling service during the Pandemic, and serves as a protective factor for students of color. The current study is the first model to explore college student holistic wellness outcomes during the Pandemic.
