Abstract

Our auto-ethnography examines our experiences as queer, crip, and Asian American scholar-activist-educators and the ways we (re)center equity and transformation through our critical pedagogies. How do our pedagogies support our students, our communities, and our dreams for equitable school and societal systems? How do we define and facilitate queer, crip, and anti-racist transformative and liberatory frameworks? We utilize critical and intersectional queer, crip, and anti-racist theoretical frameworks within our research and within the thematic analysis of our findings. We found the overarching self and community care themes of healing, connection, fluidity, and joy within our pedagogies.
