The COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented change in schooling in the United States and around the world. Many teachers taught remotely for the first time, with little training or preparation time. This qualitative study explores teachers’ experiences during the pandemic by conveying five teachers’ voices as expressed through both interview data and digital storytelling projects. Digital stories are two- to five-minute multimedia projects, combining audio, video, music, and text. Our results describe teachers’ resilience during this crisis while highlighting challenges that teachers faced in adjusting to a virtual environment.
