Abstract

This paper presents the collective activity of the PERISCOPE network through the lenses of boundary spanning and transformative agency. Since its inception in 2015, the network has focused on the transformation of participation (in the classroom, in and outside the school by students, teachers and other professionals, parents, and community organizations) for fostering student perseverance and academic success. The pandemic exacerbating equity issues, its collective activity embarked on the identification of specific themes to be addressed, and actions to be taken. New partnerships have been taking place to carry on identified promising actions in and out the classroom.
