Abstract

This paper will present findings from a self-study of teacher educators, one instructor of record and two graduate student researchers, reflecting on their understanding of a social foundations course designed for pre-service teachers in an ethnic studies cohort. We take up Delgado Bernal’s (1998) Chicana Feminist Epistemology Principles for research in education in our approach to research and to learning with and from each other and from our students.
