Educational practitioners working as equal partners alongside researchers to address urgent problems of practice is the fundamental goal of research-practice partnerships (RPPs) (e.g. Coburn & Penuel, 2016). Examining the lived realities of partners throughout the work provides invaluable lessons for how these relationships can support the evolving needs of stakeholders (Weddle et al., 2021).
