Abstract

Highlighting empirical data collected during the COVID-19 pandemic, this interactive symposium is designed to explore how lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic might positively affect the field of higher education, in particular with regards to creating more equitable and healthy work environments. Research will highlight student, staff and faculty perspectives. The session is designed to facilitate robust participation from attendees.
