This session consists of six papers from scholars across seven universities who examine the diversity of the current leadership pipeline from different perspectives. Together the papers review the research demonstrating the importance of diversifying the pipeline, provide an overview current demographics and demographic trends, and capture efforts to reverse demographic imbalances. The session highlights original research on projects that have resulted in a significant shift in the diversity of the leadership workforce.
