Abstract

This roundtable will feature three papers that feature research from the U.S., Germany, and China. Across the papers, attendees will learn about research on principal preparation effectiveness in Northeast China; recruitment and selection practices; and using factors that satisfy and disappoint sitting principals to inform recruitment and retention practices for future principals.
