Abstract
The papers in this session focus on initiating, building, and sustaining diverse partnerships. Topics include data from the first year of an equity-focused partnership in a rural, majority-minority school; a partnership for an alternative model of supervision for teacher education; examining five types of capital for sustaining a Black youth college pathways partnership, and use of a design framework to address the challenges of partnership work.
