Mentoring New Scholars to Engage in Action-Oriented Research With Youth and Communities

Abstract

In this pre-conference mentoring session, a variety of scholars who have engaged in action-oriented research with youth and communities will share their experiences and knowledge with participants. The session will be dialogic in nature, with participants also sharing their own experiences as well as struggles, which more experienced scholars as well as other participants can provide discuss and troubleshoot.
