This study examines the impact of eco-school membership on students' pro-environmental behaviors, using the "Eco-Schools" program as a framework. A quantitative survey was conducted with 165 sixth-grade students across 35 eco-schools in Kelaa des Sraghna province, assessing environmental knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. Econometric analysis via multiple regression revealed that eco-schools significantly enhance students' sustainable practices. Participation in activities like school gardens and recycling increased environmental awareness, with girls showing more engagement than boys. Urban students also exhibited stronger pro-environmental behaviors compared to rural peers. The findings underscore the role of eco-schools in promoting ecological transition and sustainable development. However, challenges such as institutional coordination and project monitoring persist. Recommendations include expanding participatory activities, improving teacher training, and integrating sustainability principles into curricula. This study confirms the effectiveness of eco-school initiatives in fostering sustainable change while identifying areas for improvement to maximize their impact.
