Abstract

Our AESA conference theme is Gazing Toward a Multiracial Future of Intersectional Justice: Reconstruction, Representation, & Reparations in Social Foundations. The Call for Proposals makes clear that our professional community is not interested only in “gazing” toward a more just future, but in taking action: “centering education” to “agitate, inspire, and ignite” the “purpose and importance of foundations of education” and “advance our work in educational settings.”
