Abstract

this session will be a session focused on the review process of the Urban Review journal, and an overview of the trends the journal is seeing in Urban Education. The topics to be discussed include: common pitfalls of authors submitting to the journal, the process for proposing a special issue, the shift and rationale to a 1 volume 1 issue per year electronic publishing model through Springer beginning in August 2025, and common threads in regular issues and special issues published by the journal. The chair of the session will be Co-Editor-In-Chief Bob Spires and the panelist will be Managing Editor, Tim Monreal.
