Abstract

This panel is one of the guaranteed panels organized by the Korean Association for Policy Studies (KAPS), following the MOU between APPAM and KAPS). This panel includes five papers in the topic of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Policymaking in South Korea. The first paper presents a Cross-Cultural Survey of Trust, Perceived Usefulness, and Service Satisfaction in East Asian Cities, and the second paper discusses overnment Capability and Performance in the Era of Artificial Intelligence. The third paper presents Digital Divide, Citizens’ use of Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity while the fourth paper discusses Strategic Human Resource Management in Response to Employment Protection using evidence from the 2010 South Korean Supreme Court Ruling. The last paper discusses about Diffusion Mechanism as A Theoretical Approach Across Two Dimensions and Axes.
