This paper explores three interconnected platforms for empowering women in political science education. The first platform analyzes the intersection between gender, personality, and predictors of success in teaching large sections. The second platform discusses pathways for teaching women students confidence. These include normalizing introversion, creating alternative channels for participation and opportunities to excel, inviting students as guest speakers, groupwork, and recognition. The third platform covers interpersonal relations between women faculty and students outside the classroom, with a focus on mentorship.
