This paper seeks to explore the factors that predict people of color's support for COVID mitigation policies. Here, I ask a series of questions that probe the relationship between linked fate, racial pride and racial solidarity and support for COVID policies. For instance, are people with high linked fate or high racial identification more likely to mask up? Are people of color who are knowledgeable about racist misconduct like the Tuskegee experiment more resistant to taking the vaccine? Would they be more likely to take the vaccine if they knew that a woman of color helped to develop it? This survey answers these questions using original survey data using minority respondents.
