Session Submission Type: Virtual Full Paper Panel
This panel brings together research from international relations and international law studying competition/antitrust law. The papers evaluate how increased international economic integration and market concentration have shaped, and been shaped, by competition policy. Using a diverse set of empirical strategies, including archival research, survey experiments, and original datasets, the papers demonstrate and analyze the critical links between the politics of competition policy and international economics.
