Federalism in a Time of Presidential Transition

Session Description

Participants will analyze policies and developments with federalism implications during the final year of the Trump presidency, in areas including health care, energy and environmental policy, fiscal policy, and pandemic response, and undertake comparisons with actions taken during the first year of the Biden presidency.
