Abstract

A conversation on Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead. In this session, Stanford sociology professor Shelley Correll will interview the book’s author Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook and Founder of LeanIn.Org, and lead researcher Marianne Cooper, sociologist at the Clayman Institute for gender research at Stanford University. Their discussion will focus on the research that went into the book, the process of writing the book, and the continuing goals of LeanIn.Org.
