Session Submission Type: Paper Session
The session explores power, inequality, and human rights from multiple perspectives. It seeks analyses not only of how human rights impact inequality, but also of how inequality affects human rights. It is open the spectrum—including civil and political, economic and social, and collective rights to culture and environment. Contributors are urged to think beyond the three generations and the individual-collective dichotomy to reveal new ways of conceptualizing and implementing human rights.
