Group Work in the Online Environment

Abstract

Active learning is a very important part of any learning experience. I have been teaching on line since 1996. During these years I have learned a lot about group work and students. This presentation will discuss the issues and solutions that will make on line group work a great experience for the teacher and the students. I will demonstrate group work using the canvas system with a demo class set up.
Lastly, I will discuss how students present their projects on line using the on line tool (adobe connect).
