Meeting Information Desk Staffing (DAY 3)

Abstract

The desk is staffed with key ASA Meeting Services personnel who are available to assist if you have:


-questions about a session’s A/V equipment or room setup;

-need help with guestroom matter;

or any issue related to meeting arrangements.


The Meeting Information Desk along with representatives from Connections Housing (ASA’s official housing vendor for the Annual Meeting) are both located in the foyer on the lower level of the Hilton Chicago.
