111th ASA Annual Meeting

August 20-23, 2016 | Seattle, WA | Washington State Convention Center The Online Preliminary Program Schedule is the official record for all sessions and/or events taking place during the 2016 Annual Meeting. This information will be used to print the Final Program which is distributed onsite during the Annual Meeting. The Online Preliminary Program Schedule will be available on May 2, 2016. Download a pdf version of the preliminary program (as of May 12, 2016): Friday/Saturday,August 19 & 20 Sunday, August 21 Monday, August 22 Tuesday, August 23 Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregistered may pick up their badges and program materials at the Preregistration counters on-site in the Registration Hall, located in the Atrium Lobby on level four of the Washington State Convention Center. Please note: All program participants must register by May 11 in order to retain their listings in the online and printed Final Program. Registration Service Hours during the Annual Meeting:

• Friday, August 19: 1:30-7:00pm
• Saturday, August 20: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Sunday, August 21: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Monday, August 22: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Tuesday, August 23: 8:00am-1:00pm

Refunds and Cancellations. All registration fees are non-refundable as of July 13, 2016. Cancellation notice must be made in writing. 90% of the non-participant registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is received before July 13.

Unfortunately, under no circumstances can ASA issue refunds for no-shows. Program Participant registration fees are non-refundable.
