About Annual Meeting
The purpose of our paper is to unpack fentanyl patterns. Specifically, we investigate prescription patterns in short and long-acting Fentanyl, with special attention to how they vary across space and time as well as by key demographic indicators (e.g., gender, age, and social class). Second, we then analyze how key fentanyl patterns predict drug poisonings and other negative health outcomes across space and time.
