Abstract

Using a LatCrit analyses I will examine how race and racism explicitly and implicitly impacted the education structures that I grew up in and the processes that affected me Moldonado & Moldonado, 2012). I have chosen to give my personal narrative and provide research to show how my racialized experience intersected with my gender and social class to ultimately impact my educational trajectory (Oliva, Perez, & Parker, 2013).
