Description

This interactive workshop will offer participants an opportunity to evaluate their department’s level of inclusivity using an intersectional framework that attends to gender, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, and other identity and social categories. Through small group discussions, participants will develop goals and action steps towards greater inclusivity, diversity, and equity within their departments.
