Description

Are you presenting the results of an innovative pedagogical strategy at this year’s meeting? Do you want to learn how to contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning within the discipline of sociology? This workshop, sponsored and led by editors and editorial board members of Teaching Sociology and the Teaching Resources and Innovations Library in Sociology (TRAILS), will provide you with information on two key publication outlets for your work: Teaching Sociology (TS) and TRAILS. In this workshop, we will discuss the differences in the materials that are published in TS and TRAILS, highlight the expectations for submissions, and provide opportunities for attendees to craft a submission outline. This workshop will be especially useful for meeting attendees who are presenting original work on pedagogy at the annual meeting.
