In political action as in other realms, “culture matters.” We invite papers that show how political culture matters, in one or more of these ways:
•how political culture matters for understanding lines of political action (strategizing, policy-making, state-building, hybridizing, etc.) or explaining “outcomes”
•how political culture compares/contrasts across nations, regions, or organizational settings—and how to craft good comparisons
•how to choose between different political culture concepts
