About Annual Meeting
Past studies exploring HIV/AIDS infections among men of color have often focused on some aspects versus others. For instance, while some studies have examined body type in relation to condom use, others have focused on gender performance and others on race. This paper examines all three in relation to condom use via the popular tag line in gay men's profiles (No, fats, fems or Blacks/Asian). Using mixed methods, I examine the role of sexual racism, or racism in sexual context, online and how it impacts sexual health.
