Work is critical to people's livelihoods, identities, and the fulfillment of creative potential. For people with disabilities, though, work is fraught with barriers and unrewarded effort. This session explores a variety of perspectives on and experiences of work, including paid work, unpaid care work, and the informal work required of people with disabilities to negotiate a society that assumes particular ways of moving and acting.
