Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregister will pick up their badges and program materials at the Registration Desk area at the New York Hilton Midtown. Please note: All program participants are required to register for the Annual Meeting.

Regular Registration. Registrations received after July 10 and those processed onsite will be charged the regular registration rate.

Friday, August 9: 1:00-7:00pm

Saturday, August 10: 7:30am-6:00pm

Sunday, August 11: 7:30am-6:00pm

Monday, August 12: 7:30am-6:00pm

Tuesday, August 13: 7:30am-1:00pm

Refunds and Cancellations. Refund requests must be submitted via email to meetings@asanet.org by July 10, 2019. Refunds will be issued, minus a 10% processing charge. Refund requests received after July 10, 2019 may not be granted.
