Session Submission Type: Paper Session 100min

The first three papers explore the content of gender bias among key organizational decision makers: executives, directors and HR professionals. A fourth paper examines female ex-convicts' strategies to avoid bias in hiring. We will close with a study of gender bias and the movement of workers within job mobility networks.
