Abstract

Root Definition of China’s economic system transformation is procedure of transforming planned economy to market economy and learning procedure in comparison to advanced economy ,the purpose of Root Definition is to promote productive force.The nature of coordination issues in reform of modern China was the concatenate coordination of system of polycentric or spontaneous activities(Klein 2009)The Root Definition provides a new perspective to understand the Opening up and reform of modern China. Cybernetics is an inter-disciplinary discourse that brings forth radically reflexive realities(Krippendorff 2008). The ‘rational reconstruction”based on Cybernetics’s Reflexive Turns is the conceptual expansion of cybernetic inquiries and systems design.The Root Definition enhance our understanding on how the social systems coordinate themselves by conceptual innovation.
