Traditional capital theories focus on economic, social, and psychological capital but overlook the role of ethics, faith, social responsibility, and the ability to confront uncertainty in long-term societal development. This study constructs a multi-dimensional spiritual capital framework to address the limitations of existing theories. It proposes that spiritual capital consists of five dimensions: self-awareness, emotional management and self-compassion, social capital, ethics and morality, and the ability to confront uncertainty and find meaning in life. Spiritual capital enhances individual resilience, promotes social cooperation, and shifts society from competition-driven to value co-creation, where success is based on social contributions and sustainable development.
