The annually organized Lewis A. Coser Award for Theoretical Agenda-Setting recognizes a mid-career sociologist whose work holds great promise for setting the agenda in the field of sociology. The 2025 Lewis A. Coser Lecture is delivered by Seth Abrutyn, Professor of Sociology at the University of British Columbia. The talk will be followed by a reception.
