Session Submission Type: Paper Session (90 minute)
Many sociological theories and methodological traditions study emotional processes. In this session, papers should explore emotions across different areas and approaches. Papers that study emotional outcomes and/or processes from novel methodological and theoretical angles are especially encouraged. This session will also highlight how the sociology of emotions can engage with other disciplinary approaches including (but not limited to): anthropology, communications, family studies, and psychology.
