121st ASA Annual Meeting

Registration is required to attend any session or event. 

All participants listed on the Annual Meeting program must register for the meeting. A participant is anyone identified as a presenting author, author, mentor, presenter, presider or table presider, discussant, panelist, moderator, leader, or in any other substantive role on the program. Non-presenting co-authors who are not attending the meeting are not required to register. 

The ASA Badge Pick Up and Registration Area will be located in the Hilton New York Midtown, 2nd Floor, during the following hours:

Friday, August 7 - 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 8 - 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 9 - 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Monday, August 10 - 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 11 - 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Badges are required in all ASA meeting space.
